Kumkum

Kumkum – Sacred Vermilion, Symbol of Auspiciousness

Kumkum (vermilion) is one of the most sacred substances in Hindu worship. The vibrant red powder represents Shakti (divine feminine energy), prosperity, and auspiciousness. Its application on the forehead activates the Ajna chakra and is an integral part of Hindu spiritual practice.
